Aramco Europe B.V. Commences Operations

Aramco Europe announces that, effective today, Aramco Europe B.V. has commenced operations following the completion of a Dutch demerger process involving Aramco Overseas Company B.V. (AOC B.V.). 

Under the demerger, employees, together with most activities, contracts and responsibilities, have transferred to Aramco Europe B.V., which becomes the primary entity through which European services are delivered. 

Aramco Europe B.V. is incorporated in the Netherlands and is headquartered in The Hague.

The transition does not affect day-to-day business operations. Aramco Europe B.V. will continue to work with existing customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, and business activities will continue as normal.
