Aramco Europe and Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) held a targeted, technology-focused strategic roadshow in the Netherlands this week.
Hosted near Aramco Europe’s headquarters in The Hague, the one-day program was designed to showcase Norwegian capability across subsea engineering, inspection technologies, produced water treatment, artificial intelligence, offshore digitalization, and environmental management.
Mishaal Al Harbi, Aramco Europe Vice President Technical Services, said: “We are delighted to host these leading Norwegian technology companies, demonstrating the value of relationship building and knowledge-transfer to enhance safety, efficiency and innovation across our global operations.
“Through such meetings, we continue a long history of collaboration across upstream technologies from the North Sea to the Arabian Gulf.”
The initiative served as a platform for the exchange of ideas, the exploration of commercially viable solutions, and the potential formation of new relationships to drive operational efficiency.
Participating Norwegian partners offered advanced products or services aligned with Aramco’s priority focus areas and strategic interest in improving asset integrity, enhancing digital capabilities and advancing automation across Aramco operations.
The workshop was designed to ensure both efficient knowledge transfer and meaningful commercial engagement.
